    Apricot Salad

    6-ounce package apricot gelatin
    1 cup hot water
    2 cups cold water or fruit juice
    20-ounce can apricots, drained and cut in small pieces
    20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    Whipped cream

    Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water or juice. Cool until slightly thickened.

    Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm.

    Cut into squares and dollop with whipped cream to serve.

    Makes 18 servings
