    Calico Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 -15oz. can black eyed peas
    1 -15oz. can pinto beans
    1 -15oz. can white shoepeg corn
    1 small jar of diced pimentos
    drain and rinse all of the above

    1 small onion chopped
    1 cup celery chopped
    1 green peppers chopped
    salad dressing
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tbsp. water

    Mix dressing ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Cool pour over
    salad ingredients and marinate over night. Drain well before
    serving.
