    List of Ingredients




    Garden Salad with Guacamole

    1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
    1 scallion, white part only, finely chopped
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbs. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbs. salsa
    1 tomato, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt optional, or to taste
    3/4 lb. garden salad

    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in a bowl. Add pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Chill guacamole until ready to serve. Toss with lettuce.
