    Pea Salad

    List of Ingredients






    1 16 oz. pkg. petite frozen peas

    2 tender stalks of celery, chopped

    4 slices crumbled bacon

    4 green onions, finely chopped

    1 can water chesnuts, sliced

    3 tbsp. blanched, toasted, slivered almonds (for topping)

    Dressing

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1 tsp. marjoram

    salt and pepper





    Recipe



    Drain raw, thawed peas and add the celery, bacon, onions and water chesnuts. Mix the dressing and add to the pea mixture. Sprinkle top with blanched and toasted slivered almonds.
