    Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

    1 cup softened butter or margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbls molasses
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 cups flour
    2 cups quick cooking oats
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup raisens
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in raisens, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
