    List of Ingredients




    Potato Chip Cookies

    1 c. shortening
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. potato chips
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt

    Cream first 3 ingredients; add eggs and mix well. Mix and add flour, salt, and soda. Last add crushed chips and nuts. Shape into small balls; press down on ungreased cookie sheet with a floured fork. Bake @ 350~ for 10 minutes.
