    Butter Pecan Cream Cheese Bars

    Base
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. chopped pecans

    Filling
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 TBS. flour
    2 eggs
    6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) butterscotch chips

    Glaze
    1 oz. (1 square) unsweetened chocolate, melted

    Preheat oven to 350°.
    For base, in large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press crumb mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
    For filling, in small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Blend in 2 TBS. flour and eggs. Pour filling over baked crust. Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top of filling. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm to touch. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
