    Blueberry Cake

    3/4 cups sugar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups blueberries, well drained

    TOPPING

    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    Combine topping ingredients with fork or pastry blender. Set aside.

    Cream together oil, sugar and egg until lemon-colored. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Gently fold in blueberries.

    Spread batter into a greased and floured 9 x 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 375 degree preheated oven.
