    List of Ingredients




    Chocolate Pie

    3 c. milk
    6 eggs (yolks) beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp Cocoa
    6 Tbsp flour
    1 Tbsp vanilla
    1 stick butter

    Directions:
    Put milk and egg yolks in iron skillet, stir well. Mix sugar, cocoa and flour in bowl. Add to milk and eggs. Cook over low heat. Add butter and vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shells.

    Meringue;
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 egg whites
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar

    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff, then add sugar 1 Tbsp at a time. Put on top of pies and bake until brown on 300 degrees. Makes 2 pies
