    Impossible Pie

    1 cup coconut
    4 eggs
    ½ cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 tsp. Vanilla
    pinch nutmeg
    ½ cup margerine
    2 cups milk

    Put it all in a blender
    Mix until creamy looking
    Pour into greased 10” Pie Pan

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (check at 45 mins.)

    Center will firm up when cooked

    No crust necessary
