    List of Ingredients




    Cream together:

    2 large eggs, room temperature
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup milk

    Directions:

    Pour into 9x11 slightly greased and floured baking dish. Pour
    peaches (or 1 can cherries, or whatever) over the cake batter
    (juice and all). Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Bake at 375 degrees
    for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake part comes
    out clean (approximately 45 to 55 minutes). Serve with your
    favorite ice cream or whipped topping.
