    4 cups Brussels sprouts, outer leaves trimmed
    6 slices bacon, cubed and crisply cooked
    3 tablespoons bacon drippings
    1 onion, chopped

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, bring 2-quarts salted water to a boil; add Brussels sprouts. Cool until tender. Drain; set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat bacon drippings. Add onion; sauté until lightly browned. Add Brussels sprouts and bacon, tossing until well mixed. Heat through. Serve immediately.
    Yield: 6 servings
