    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspon oregano
    1 beaten egg
    2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 10-ounce frozen chopped spinach
    1 16-ounce cottage cheese
    1 7-ounce Creamettes
    1/2 pound diced Velveeta
    1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Saute beef and onion.
    Add tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's salt, 3/4 teaspoon oregano.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Thaw spinach and drain well.
    Press dry.
    Combine wih cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's salt, beaten egg and Parmesan cheese.
    Assemble night before: 1/2 cooked Creamettes, 1/2 of meat sauce and 1/2 of meat sauce and 1/2 of diced Velveeta.
    Add all the spinach.
    Mix remaining Creamettes, remaining meat sauce and remaining Velveeta.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10
