    Easy Lemon or Orange Breads

    Source of Recipe

    Ingredients:
    4 eggs
    1 cup vegetable oil
12oz can frozen lemonade (or frozen orange)
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup milk

    Method:
Combine the eggs, oil and 6 tablespoon frozen lemonade.
    Beat until well mixed.
Mix together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk into the egg mixture.
    Beat until well mixed.
Pour into two well greased pans.
Bake at 350ºF for 55-65 mins.
Remove from the oven and immediately pour the remaining frozen lemonade
equally over the tops of the breads. It will appear as if the bread is swimming in
    the lemonade.
Leave on a cooling rack for 35 minutes.
    Pour off the excess juice.
Place a piece of waxed paper onto the cooling rack, then remove the breads and
sit them face up to finish cooling.

These loaves can be frozen for up to six months.

    Makes 2 loaves
