    1 can of condensed milk
    1 cup of scotch whisky ------ not bourbon
    1 300ml carton fresh cream
    1 tablespoon chocolate topping or syrup
    1 teaspoon coffee
    1 tea spoon vanilla essence

    in a liter bottle 1,000 mil add condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, coffee and vanilla essence and shake till blended together. then add fresh cream and shake till blended
    again.
    refrigerate.

    irish cream taste better a few days b4 needed, and lasts for a few months. but sorry to say you will drink it b4 it goes off.

    this is better then any shop brand baileys and u can make 5 bottles for a bout $30-00 australian.
