Bacon Cheddar Triskets

Recipe Introduction
Preheat oven broiler to 350 degrees
List of Ingredients
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp finely grated onion
1/4 cup of real bacon bits
1 box of Triskets
Recipe
Mix all ingredients (except Triskets)
Place Triskets onto cookie sheet.
Top each Trisket cracker with 1 tsp of cheese mixture.
Increase oven broiler temp to 450 degrees and cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
If desired, you can top with green or red peppers or a dab of sour cream.
