Mexican Quiche

1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
half pound ground pork sausage
half cup sliced green onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1 4oz can drained diced green chili pepper
2 cups shredded American cheese
2 TBL. flour
1 cup milk
hot sauce
4 beaten eggs
Recipe
bake unpricked pie shell at 450 degrees for 5 minutes, keep warm.
Cook sausage onions and garlic until browned. drain.
stir in chillies, set aside.
In a pan, combine cheese and flour; add cream. Cook until cheese is melted. add hot sauce to taste.
Gradually add hot cream mixture to beaten eggs; add meat mixture. pour into pie pan. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
mmmmmm good! Top with sour cream!
