    Mix 8oz softened cream cheese with about 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion. Spread on a platter about the size of a dinner plate. (If we are not getting fancy i use...a dinner plate). LOL

    Put chili sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture. Not too much...no too little. Drain and rinse a can of crab meat. Distribute meat over chili sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Ritz crackers.

    If i make this for Xmas or anything else...i have to make AT LEAST 3 batches. My family loves it and its so so easy. Have fun!!!
