    4 cups sugar
    1 lg can Carnation milk
    1 stick butter

    Mix together and cook until it forms a soft ball, stirring constantly. Pour over a 12 oz package of chocolate chips and a one pint jar of Kraft's marshmellow creme. Stir until dissolved. Add nuts. Pour into a butter 9 x 12 pan and let cool before cutting.
