Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

The ease of microwaving and the goodness of peanut butter make this fudge a sure winner.
List of Ingredients
2/3 cup LAND O LAKES� Butter
2/3 cup chunky-style peanut butter
6 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe
1. Place butter and peanut butter in large bowl. Microwave on HIGH until butter melts (1 1/2 to 2 minutes); stir until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until lumps of sugar disappear. Microwave on HIGH until softened but not bubbly (1 to 1 1/2 minutes); stir.
2. Pour into buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Cover; refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour). Cut into squares. Store refrigerated. Makes 3 dozen pieces.
