    Marty's Pasta Dish

    Source of Recipe

    Marty

    Recipe Introduction

This is one of my most favorite dishes. It can be eaten hot as a side dish or cold as a dessert. It makes a big hit when I take it to a potluck. It's also a great holiday dish.
My friend Myra gave me her Grandmothers recipe for it ...a long time ago.

    List of Ingredients

1/2 Lb. Wide Noodles (Cooked till a bit less than al dente)
8 Oz pkg. Cream Cheese (room temp)
    1 Stick margarine (room Temp)
    2 large eggs (beaten)
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1 Big pinch of Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
    Cinnamon

    Recipe

Heat the milk and set aside to cool.
In a LARGE bowl, blend the cream cheese and margarine well. Add the beaten eggs, cooled milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, juice and the cooled noodles. Stir all together and pour into a greased oblong Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon. Depending how you much you like Cinnamon, I put quite a bit on. I LOVE Cinnamon!
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or till a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
