    Cocoa Mix in a Jar

    Cocoa Mix in a Jar

    2 c. powdered milk
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. powdered sugar (or sugar substitute)
    dash of salt

    For richer mix, add 1/3 cup powdered, non-dairy creamer or
    1 T. or 2 of malted milk powder.
    To Enjoy:
    Place 4 T. (depending on your taste) of the mix into a cup
    and fill with boiling water.
    When using a sugar substitute, the mix is more concentrated,
    so you will have to "taste test" how much to use.
    Also, You can put a sprinkle of cinnamon in for a little different taste.

    NOTE: From Hints for Heloise,2001
    This can be mixed up and put in a pint jar to use on a cold winter night.
