    12 cups pureed cooked pumpkin
    6 cups brown sugar
    1 tablespoon ground ginger
    1 tablespoon ground cloves
    2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

    Combine all ingredients and cook until mixture reaches a thick, spreading consistency.
    Pour into jars or small containers and freeze or process in pressure canner as you
    would for pumpkin for pie filling.
