    Cake Mix Cookies

    Cake Mix Cookies

    1 box regular cake mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 whole eggs
    1/4 c. raisins or
    1/4 c. walnut or pecans or
    1/4c. chocolate chips

    Use your favorite regular boxed cake mix, but do not follow the package directions.
    Add ONLY 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 2 whole eggs. Beat well.
    You can also add other ingredients like raisins, walnuts or pecans or chocolate chips, depending
    on what your family likes.
    Mix well to remove any lumps and then drop the dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart
    on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Place the cookies in an oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees.
    Bake about 8 to 10 minutes and cool.
    they're delicious with a cold glass of milk.
