    Lemon Verbena Cookies


    LEMON VERBENA COOKIES

    3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
    1 egg
    2 cups whipped topping, thawed
    1 lemon cake mix (dry)
    3 tsp. Lemon verbena, or lemon mint, or lemon balm.

    Put powdered sugar on waxed paper.
    Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg in large bowl.
    Crumble lemon verbena over cake mixture. Stir Well.
    Drop by well-rounded tsp. Into powdered sugar.
    Roll to coat.
    Spray pam on cookie sheets.
    Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Remove from sheet and cool on wire rack.
    Makes 3-1/2-4 doz.
