    Fruit Cobbler

    1can sliced peaches drained
    1 can sliced pears drained
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    3 c. Motts Natural Apple sauce
    divided into 2 cups and 1 cup
    2 c. pancake/biscuit mix
    2 T. sugar

    Preheat oven to 375 deg.
    In a deep 9x9 inch baking pan.
    Add the peaches, pears, blueberries and 2 cups applesauce.
    In a separate bowl, mix 2 c. Biscuit mix with the 1 cup applesauce.
    Spread the mixture over the fruit.
    Sprinkle with the sugar.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is brown and sides are bubbling.
    Serves 6

    NOTE: Serving Suggestions:
    Serve either warm or cold with a dollop of fat free topping.
