    Sore Muscle Soak

    10" x 10" square of muslin, cheesecloth, or foot of nylon stocking
    1/2 cup Epsom salts
    1/2 cup baking soda
    1 tablespoon sage
    1 tablespoon marjoram
    1 tablespoon chamomile
    1 tablespoon pine needles
    2 teaspoons lemon balm (Melissa)
    2 teaspoons peppermint
    10 drops essential oil of eucalyptus, peppermint, or juniper
    String or yarn

    Place all ingredients in center of cloth and tie into a bag. When adding the
    essential oil, allow the oil drops to be absorbed by the baking soda before
    tying the bag. Tie beneath the tap and allow the running water to flow
    through. When tub is full, remove bag from tap and massage your body with it
    for few minutes, then let it float in the tub. Discard after use.

    Good for: all skin types
    Use: following exercise, or as directed
    Follow with: Moisturize body after bath
    Pre time: about 15 minutes
    Mix with: n/a
    Store in: Several; bags could be made and stored in a zip-seal bag, low tub,
    or jar, or tin.
    Makes 1 treatment
    Special: Helps relax tense, sore muscles. The fragrance will soothe frayed
    nerves.
