    Down Home Country Breakfast

This is another recipe from that lovely lady Mamaw.
She taught me how to make bacon gravy when I was 10 years old and you know what???? I still love it to this day.

Fry up some bacon for the group you are having for breakfast.

Put the bacon to the side for later eating.

Mix a couple of teaspoons of flour into the drippings from the bacon. Brown it lightly. Do not over brown or it will taste scortched.

Add about 1 to 1 1/2 c. of milk or water. I use water because I am lactose intolerant and it tastes just as good.

Make a batch of scrambled aggs, some biscuits to sop up the gravy, and some taters and don't forget the bacon. You have a breakfast fit for a king.
