    Pork Chop Casserole

    This is very simple.

    Flour and brown the pork chops. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them. Place browned chops into greased casserole dish. Place one Tablespoon raw rice on top of each chop. Pour a 20-1/2 oz. can of tomatoes over the chops. Cover and bake for about 1-1/2 hours at 350. This recipe is for 6 chops if you need more just double it and make a double layer in the pan of choice. Very easy, and yet very good.

    Note:
    To make it a so it is little bit of Italy too. I add some oregano and sweet basil and sprinkle a little Romano or Parmesan cheese on it. Then when I am almost ready to serve it I add Mozzarella cheese on top for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Yummmm
