    Sunday Morning Coffee Cake

    This is so easy and it turns out so well...........

    Cake Batter

    1/4 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    2 t. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 egg whites beaten
    1 t. salt

    Topping

    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 t. cinnamon

    Cream butter, sugar, and egg yolks together.
    Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
    Add alrenately with milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake in a greased 7x11 coffee cake pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
