My Version of Shake and Bake
1 C. bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour (I prefer cornstarch)
1/4 c. non dairy coffee creamer
1 t seasoned salt
1/8 t black pepper
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. paprika
(if using this for pork chops add oregano and basil)
Now I place all these ingredients into either a blender or food processor. Pulse it about 5-6 times and it is ready to coat your favorite. Moisten what ever meat you want to use and dredge in this mixture. Place on an ungreased pan bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes for chicken and 1 hour for pork.
I do pork chops, pork steaks, and pork cutlets this way they all turn out great!
