    My Potato Salad

    I am one of those cooks that does a pinch of this and a handful of that. So you all must bear with me as I try to give this recipe.

    5 lbs red potatoes cooked, peeled, and sliced.
    1 dozen eggs cooked, peeled and chopped.
    3 ribs of celery sliced finely
    1 medium onion diced.
    1 pint of mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1/2 to 1 cup milk.
    2 T. prepared mustard.
    1 1/2 t. seasoned salt
    1/4 t. ground black pepper
    1 extra hard boiled egg and paprika for garnish.

    Place the first four ingredients into a large bowl or pot for mixing.

    Take the next five ingredients and blend them well.

    Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the potatoes and mix it well.

    Cut your extra egg and place that decoratively on top of the prepared salad, sprinkle with paprika, and refigerate until it is cold and ready to serve. Cover with saran wrap please so it stays nice and fresh and pretty looking.Yum!!
