    Nutcracker Pie - 3 pts

    3 egg whites
    1/4 t cream of tartar
    3/4 C sugar
    12 Fat-Free saltines, crumbled
    1/2 C pecan pieces
    1 t vanilla

    Recipe


    Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until egg whites stand in peaks. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into a sprayed pie pan.
    Bake @ 325 for 35-40 min. until lightly browned. Cool before cutting.

    Serves 8
