1 head green cabbage, shredded
1 C fat-free mayonnaise
1 C fat-free sour cream
2 T Dijon mustard
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground pepper
1/2 t hot pepper sauce
2 carrots, shredded
Recipe
Place the cabbage in a large bowl of cold water; let stand about 1 hour. Drain and dry in a salad spinner, or blot dry with paper towels.
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl. Add the cabbage and carrots; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered until ready to serve.
