Recipe Introduction
Level 1 ~ Can drink with pro/fats and/or Carbos. Lemons are "neutral" or "freebies"!
We are huge lemonade fans! But, gone are the days of buying the frozen concentrate, loaded with sugar and corn syrup.
We buy 15-20# of lemons at a time, squeeze them all and then freeze them in 2/3 cup amounts in small deli-style containers we buy for cheap at our local Cash & Carry (Smart & Final).
List of Ingredients
2/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
enough water to make 2 quarts after adding juice
1 cup Splenda (or sweetener of choice to equal 1 cup sugar)Recipe
Dump 2/3 cup of lemon juice into a pitcher and add water to make 2 quarts. Stir in 1 cup Splenda (or sweetener of choice) and enjoy!
Deb's notes: We have 2 Rubbermaid plunger pitchers. These are great for mixing up the juice each time you want a glass. No more stirring with a spoon - just give it a couple 'plunges' and you're good to go!

We have the citrus juicing attachment for our Kitchen Aid stand mixer and that's what we use to juice the lemons.
