Pro/Fat Pancakes (or waffles)

Recipe Introduction
Level 1 ~ Pro/Fat ~ These are the only pancakes I make, we just love this recipe. I haven't tried them as waffles, but it was posted on site that they work for this.
List of Ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1 packet somersweet
2 tablespoons Naturade whey protein (vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Microwave cream cheese until VERY soft. You don't want any lumps in the batter. I did 1 minute on high. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Add whey protein, somersweet, vanilla and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Cook on low heat on greased frying pan or griddle. I topped these with 3 tbls melted UNSALTED butter mixed with 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring and one packet somersweet. I then topped them with somersweet sweetened whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkled on top. ENJOY!!

* Deb’s note ~ I use 4 ounces of cream cheese and 2 packets of Splenda (which equals 4 teaspoons of sugar) These are delicious! The best pancakes I’ve had yet! I use Trader Joe's Egg & Milk protein powder for this recipe.
