    Level 1 ~ Pro/Fat

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup (low sodium) soy sauce
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon (heaping) crushed garlic
    1/2 tablespoon Kosher or Sea salt (non-iodized)
    1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons rice wine or rice wine vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped green onion

    2 pound salmon filet

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and marinate for 24 hours. Cook hot and fast. Can be cooked on the grill or in the oven. Scott recommends if you cook in the oven - preheat oven to 425° and preheat a cast iron skillet or pan in the oven as well. Set the salmon fillets on the hot skillet (skin side down) and do not flip. The skin will stick to the skillet.
