Shrimp, Scallops and Snow Peas

List of Ingredients
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound Scallops
2 cups Snow Peas
2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce (low sodium)
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Root.....Ground fresh is best
1/2 teaspoon garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
Recipe
Toss shrimp with seasonings. Heat oil in a large skillet and stir in the peas for 2 minutes. Add scallops and fry for 3 minutes. Add shrimp and sauce and stir fry for 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Serve immediately.
