If eaten with a meal (vs. eating it alone), this would be "Almost Level 1".
List of Ingredients
1 cup Splenda
1 cup water
12 ounced cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zestRecipe
Combine Splenda and water, mix well. Add cranberries and orange zest and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer at least 10-15 minutes - or until desired consistency. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate. This will thicken as it cools.
Deb's notes ~ Although this is one of George Stella's recipes, it's how I've been making Cranberry Sauce since I started Somersizing. We love it!
