Mexi-Ranch Dressing

Recipe Introduction
Level 1 ~ Pro/Fat ~ This is a clone of Applebee's dressing that they use on their Tequila Lime Chicken. It's great for salads, hamburgers - you name it!
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons cream
1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup *
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 (4 ounce) can of jalapeno nacho slices - well drained
6 teaspoon minced onion (or 3 teaspoons dried minced onion)
1 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
dash garlic powder
dash ground black pepper
Recipe
This makes almost 4 cups. I store it in a Mason jar. This really has some 'kick' to it and is nice for a change.
* I was told on site that one SSer simply used 1/4 cup tomato paste instead of the ketchup, so that's an option too.
