Chicken Fajitas & Seasoning Mix

Recipe Introduction
This is really tasty! It's a Level 1 spice mixture.
If you make the chicken fajita (below) ~ that would be a Level 1 Pro/Fat & Veggie.
Because I like to have it on hand, I make up 10 times the recipe and keep it in a glass jar - ready to go!
List of Ingredients
(10 times recipe - to make it in a large quantity)
Use 2 Tablespoons of the mix for the Chicken Fajita recipe, below
(1/3 cup + 4t) 2 teaspoon chili powder
(1/4 cup + 2t) 1 teaspoon salt
(1/4 c + 2t) 1 teaspoon paprika
(7.5t) 3/4 teaspoon crushed chicken bullion cube
(5t) 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
(2.5t) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
(2.5t) 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
(2.5t) 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Prepare fajitas using the following ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 to 1 1/4 pounds) cut into thin strips
2 Tablespoons oil
1/3 cup water
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Add seasoning mix, water, pepper and onion; cook & stir on medium heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
