Mock Mashed Potatoes with the Works

List of Ingredients
One large head of cauliflower steamed and mashed (I use an electric mixer to really mash it)
5 slices of bacon cooked and diced (I just use the microwave for this)
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup minced onions. Cut them tiny or use a food processor or a chopper
One egg
3 tablespoons heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix the ingredients and put in a buttered casserole dish. Bake covered for 40 minutes at 350 and uncovered for 15 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
