Hi Deb, I'm sooo happy I went on the archived Somersize site and found your recipe address again! I have felt so lost since the SS site changed so much. I know you are following a different path, but your help is still so very much appreciated. Are there anysomersizers out there who have started a support group by any chance? I'd love to know. My e-mail address is still the same, Deb, if there's any info you can send me. Grammie Dee Dee

Hi DebB, I'm on week 7 SSing again and came back to look over your recipe collection. I'm all in for tried and true today! I'm usually experimenting, but I've been cleaning my house today and easy looks REALLY GOOD right now. blueladybug is back on track with me again and we're feeling better already. Is it easy making the transition to the V-WOE? And for your DH? I've wandered over to SB to see what I could apply or tweak to make this work best for me. I'm still searching for Wonder Cocoa and since I've looked over your DH's coffee (blended) drink..I'll begin the search again. Do you happen to know where marie is now or how to reach her? Or Pattimelt? ~~`Singin'

Hi Debbie! I too am an old SomerSizer from way back when. Hubby and I have really gotten off track. When I went to work evenings everything went downhill. We’ve gained back weight and are miserable. We’ve decided it’s time to get back on track and feel good again. Glad I found your website again. I’ve been craving the Protein Fat Buns and all the goodies we made out of them. Just wanted to say Hi! Great to see you still on the web. Keep on cranking out those great recipes!!

I always enjoy the wisdom and knowledge from you, September, Gridmama, Starlite my id on the boards was: Blueeyed Somersizer please write back to me...in the meantime, I am going to browse around on your website for new recipes. Hi Debbie, I used to be on the Somersize board quite a few years ago--I know all the recipes are in the archives thru Suzanne Community .com--I found that area ,But was wondering where the actual Somerize Board is, or is it anymore--I registered with the Multiply site, but dont know how to find the Board--How are you doing? I have a laptop computer now--dont use the web tv very much--Things sure have changed---Cant find the Lavendar colored recipe board either--Hope you are doing okay. Just wanted to say hello. Rosemary

Hi Deb I was so pleased to find your recipes. I remember you from the chat room a few years ago. You are a real inspiration to me. Tell me did you drink alcohol while you lost you weight. I like red wine. Will it slow my weight loss if I drink moderately. Also I have heard vodka has no calories in it. Is that a beter choice. Thanks Debbra

Hey girl! I was just surfing the web for a somersizing asparagus recipe, and I happened upon your site. Do you remember me from suzannesomers.com forums? I certainly remember you. Well, your site here is fantastic. Although, I wasn't able to find an asparagus recipe. Suzanne's site is being re-done, so the forums are gone temporarily. That's why I was searching. Well, carryon the good work Deb!

Hi i had an idea. I mean I was reading all sorts of peoples questions about how to make the sweet meatballs but havent found the ingredients that were in my head as an idea. I havent tried this recipe I just thought up. But I think it would be tasty. hamburger egg thickener(like ground pork rinds etc..) onions black pepper (However you make meat balls low carb basically) Make your own cranberry sauce by by using 12 oz cranberries, 1 cup water, and 1 cup splenda or liquid sweetener. Then use Sugar free grape jelly. Mix the Homemade cranberry sauce, sugar free grape jelly, and 3-4 tbs or more of brown sugar replacement. Sorta like the same recipe as the cranberry/grapejelly meat balls or little smokies with out all the carbs!

Thanks so much for the recipes! My daughter and I just started somersizing a week ago. She's only 10 and weighs 90lbs, so it was a very difficult decision, but I was concerned for her health. I'm in it to support her and to shed about 8 lbs. Her attitude has been very good (especially when I've made the Level 1 desserts!) and I want to reward her with as many good recipes as possible to keep her from getting discouraged. So thank you again.
