    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 tsp. soda
    • 1/3 cup cocoa
    • 3/4 cup oil
    • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 cups water


    Instructions


    1. Stir together until smooth; do not beat; may be stirred in same pan as you bake in.
    2. Pan does not need to be greased or floured.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees.
