    zip lock freezer bag
    2 or 3 eggs
    splash of milk
    meat of choice (ham)
    veggies of choice (green pepper, onion, mushroom)
    shredded cheese (any kind)

    Recipe



    In a zip lock freezer bag add 2 or 3 eggs and mix well. Add a splash of milk.
    Add what ever you would like, cooked Ham, sausage, bacon,
    onions, green-red-yellow-orange peppers,
    mushrooms, cheese(any flavor shredded)
    Then squeeze it all to one corner. squeeze all the air out and seal.
    Put into a pot of boiling water about 15-20 minutes for 2 eggs, 20-25 minutes for 3 eggs.
