    Chicken & Dumplings

    List of Ingredients

    3 rolls of Pillsbury reduced-fat croissant rolls, divided

    Cooked chicken meat, either poached by you, or a rotisserie one, which is cut up and deboned

    1 cup chicken broth

    1 can cream of chicken

    1 can cream of mushroom

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 400.
    Place a handful of chicken in dough, press together to form "dumplings".
    Make enough to cover bottom of a 9" by 13" baking dish. Cut the remaining dough into strips for top.
    Pour soups and broth over "dumplings".
    Then place strips over the top in a crisscross pattern. Bake 30 minutes.
