    This soup does not turn out too thick or too thin. It is great heated up the next day.

    List of Ingredients




    10 medium size potatoes
    2 carrots
    2 onions
    4 cups water
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    1 flat ham cut into pieces

    Recipe



    Cut potatoes in bite sized pieces.
    Boil potatoes in the 4 cups water along with the sliced carrots and chopped onions.
    When potatoes are done, add the evaporated milk and cream of chicken soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add ham and cook 10 more minutes.
