1 can crescent rolls (8 ct)
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
Boil the chicken breasts; skin and debone. Shred chicken into small pieces. Wrap pieces of chicken up in the 8 crescent roll pieces.
Mix the 2 soups together with the milk and 1/2 the cheese.
Place stuffed crescent rolls in a sprayed 9x13" pan. Pour soup mixture over stuffed crescents. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or so (till hot and bubbly).
NOTES: I have used fat free soup and skim milk and it comes out fine! Also, the sauce makes a good gravy for mashed potatoes.
