    Penn Pilsner Beer Cheese

    2 pounds cream cheese
    1 pound Cheddar cheese
    8 ounces Penn Pilsner (you can use any Pilsner Beer)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1/3 teaspoon horseradish
    1/3 teaspoon minced garlic

    Recipe



    Let cream and Cheddar cheeses warm to room temperature. When very soft, whip Cheddar cheese until smooth. (If your mixer has a paddle blade, use it.) Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
    Tastes exceptionally good with wheat crackers.
