4 1"-thick beef filets
2 tb Butter
1/4 ts Rosemary
Salt/pepper
2 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Mustard
2 tb Cognac
Recipe
Remove all fat from fillets. Melt butter in skillet; add rosemary. Cook until butter is slightly browned. Add fillets; cook over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Mix Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cognac together; pour into skillet, adding butter if needed. Cook fillets from sauce; arrange on heated serving dish. Pour drippings over fillets; serve immediately.
